  • Product Description : SANI-RINSE 496 is a highly concentrated sanitizer for hard nonporous surfaces. For use in Federally inspected meat and poultry plants. An effective sanitizer for use on food contact surfaces.

  • Recommended For Use As : Use SANI-RINSE 496 to sanitize food processing equipment and other hard surfaces in food processing location, school, dairy, restaurant, bar and institutional kitchen use.

  • Application : SANI-RINSE 496 should be applied to pre-cleaned hard surface thoroughly wetting surfaces with a cloth, mop, sponge, or brush, coarse sprayer. Sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and other similar size food processing equipment by immersion.   Equipment and utensils must be thoroughly pre-flushed or pre-scraped of gross food particles and soil. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Sanitize by immersion in a use solution of 2 oz. of SANI-RINSE 496 per 5-7 gallons of water. For equipment too large for immersion, apply use solution by rinsing, spraying or swabbing until thoroughly wet. Allow sanitized surface to drain and air dry. Do not rinse. Allow solution to remain on surface for at least 60 seconds.
